As the founder of The Gem Makers Coaching Collective & Gem Makers Confidence Coaching Academy, Dr. Nicole Steele has over 30 years of experience empowering ladies, leaders, and little girls, and is a Premiere Confidence Coach, mentor, and advocate for personal and professional growth.
Known for her passion, warmth, and transformational approach, she helps women and girls gain clarity in their vision, confidence in their abilities, and the courage to pursue their purpose. Through coaching, mentorship, and inspiring programs, Dr. Nicole has guided thousands to break barriers, embrace their worth, and rise to the fullness of who they were created to be.
