Give yourself permission to be brilliant

I've got a question for you. . . could you actually be the one blocking your own SHINE? Think about it for a moment and be honest.  I know it's easy to point the finger and blame other people for what we don't have and what we haven't accomplished but if we are honest, sometimes we are our biggest problem.
 
Whether it is negative self-talk, procrastination or self-sabotage, we can often be our worst enemy.    I challenge you today to take a look at your life.  Where you are now and where you want to be.  Think about your goals and aspirations and your deepest desires.  Then, ask yourself what's stopping you?

If your confidence needs a kick-start, why don't you begin by giving yourself permission to be Brilliant.  That's right, don't ask for permission or wait for someone to grant you permission. Begin today by giving YOURSELF permission to be brilliant and to SHINE. 

You are bold, brilliant and beautiful by design and you were created to SHINE.  Have a little talk with yourself, and if you have found yourself dimming down personally or professionally, make adjustments where needed. If it requires you to speak up in certain situations, to  put your name of a list of consideration, or to take a risk and try something new, I challenge you today to get out of your own way and give yourself permission to be SHINE.

Lord, please help grant me the courage and confidence to SHINE the way you created me to.  Please help me in the moments that I am super critical or hyper sensitive.  Let me begin to see myself the way you see me and help me be assured that everything you have created me to do, you have also equipped me to do.  Let me trust you through every step of the8888 process. I desire to shine with brilliance and to allow my light to be a blessing to those I come in contact with.
