Am I required to take this course with my daughter?

This program is designed specifically with Mom’s in mind, however there are built in components including activities, discussion prompts and mother-daughter challenges, provided to build engagement between Mothers & Daughters.  

 Does the age of my daughter(s) matter?

This program is designed for mother of daughters between the ages of 10-24 years old.  While much of the content can be applied to mothers of daughters of any age, we focus on the stages of development and the various points of transition in parenting at each stage.  In addition, there are select resources and conversations that will take place at these three primary levels.
