​I​'m Dr. Nicole Steele. I am a mentor, motivator, multi-faceted businesswoman, and modern-day treasure hunter. I have one of the BEST JOBS in the world and absolutely LOVE what I do as the Founder and Executive Director of Diamond In The Rough Youth Development Program, Inc. and President of Gem Makers, LLC. 

As a Confidence Coach and "Girl Guru", I find joy in helping Ladies, Leaders, and Little Girls unveil their purpose, unpack their potential, and understand they are SIMPLY PRICELESS.


As one who once battled with insecurity, suffered from self-doubt and was plagued with perfectionism and people pleasing., I understand the high cost that low self-confidence can have on a person. As the Mother of two daughters, I know the joys and challenges of parenthood. And as a professional with over three decades experience working with women and girls, I understand the importance of mentorship and the power of partnership.
